Daily Money Management
Bill paying, prepare bank deposits, reconcile checking accounts and investment statements. Organizing tax documents including payroll information preparation, setup and maintain filing system, sort and discard unnecessary paperwork, prepare paperwork for taxes at year end. Work with your current system. Maintain records on Quickbooks or manually depending upon the client’s wishes.
Doctors
Coordination of client care is the key to competent service on-site or off-site. Mary Ellen serves as a liaison between medical care providers, patient, and family members.
Personal Profiling
Profiling is based on individual needs and include things such as organizing personal information, financial assets, estate documents, personal insurance, retirement benefits, residential data, personal property, and miscellaneous information. Also included may be maintaining a list of personal information such as name of spouse, DOB, parents names, military status, schools attended, education info, clergy information, membership to clubs, etc,.
Medical Profiling
Organizing and maintaining a list of needed information such as list of medications and dosages, location of Advanced Directives, individuals to contact in case of death, list of personal doctors and medical professionals, funeral/burial information, and donor information. The extent of the medical profiling process depends on individual client needs.
Bookkeeping
Provides profit and loss statement and balance sheet, organizes and maintains records for banking and bill paying, and processes mail. Methods used can be QuickBooks Pro or manual input.
Insurance
Processes medical claims (Medicare and private insurance); reviews policies; meets with agents, clients, and family members; provides report for out-of-pocket medical expenses at year-end.
Stockbrokers
Review statements with client, work directly or indirectly with the stockbroker per client’s request.
Attorneys
Organize or review documents needed for estate planning to be provided to the attorney per client’s request or Executor's/Trustee's request.
Miscellaneous
Schedule appointments and transportation as needed, coordinate inventory of residence for insurance purposes, recommend professionals regarding various services needed by the client. |

Care Coordination:
Florida Seniors Bookkeeping Services will coordinate, schedule, and maintain medical care and appointments between health care professionals.

- Elder Care Services:
Assistance with daily bookkeeping, reviewing insurance policies, and filing insurance claims.
Provide information to the elder law attorney or stock broker as needed and requested.
